During the opening hours, coffee, sandwiches and beverages are served at the Media Center. The Media Center provides video screens at the Media Center for following the competitions broadcasted by Yle (Yleisradio, Finnish Broadcasting Company). There are no result monitors at the Media Center.
We offer stationary LAN connections and wireless LAN (WLAN) for your laptops. Please note that up-to-date antivirus software must be installed in media representatives’ laptops.
For connecting your laptop to LAN and Internet, you need:
- a network adapter (RJ-45)
- DHCP-settings for Internet
Note: No ISDN connection available.
Sub Media Center is located in the second floor of the stadium building.
The photo positions and routes are shown in the Access Zone map (4).
You may only take photos in those spots where you are not disrupting the live broadcast of our Host Broadcaster. Any special requests must be asked from media corrdinators at the Media Center.
Photo brief will be held on Thursday 17.30 at the media center. The photo bibs will be available at the Media Centre after the Photo Briefing on Thursday.

The photo bibs MUST be worn for the duration when in the event area and especially during the races. There will be a 20€ deposit per bib which will be refunded upon returning the bib after the event. Please bring the bibs back until one hour after the end of the last event at the latest. Make sure to have the deposit fee with you.
Please note that there has to be a safety distance of 2 metres before and after the wind measurement devices on the stairs on the sides of the hill.
On the track, photographers must also choose their shooting locations carefully so that they do not disturb the TV cameras or cover advertising banners on site.

Ceremonies can be photographed from the photo tribune in the finish. Access to the finish area will not be possible.
Please bring the bibs back until one hour after the end of the last event at the latest.

There are a limited number of reserved rooms for the media at Hotel Holiday Club Kuusamon Tropiikki. Accommodation can be booked by using the accreditation form, or directly from our accommodation office Rukakeskus through . Please note that the deadline for accommodation reservations is 3.11.2023.
